betworks Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to the Platform Rules

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betworks ("betworks", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing access to and use of the betworks website located at betworks.im and all associated services, including gaming, betting, account management and promotional activities.

By creating a betworks account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any betworks service. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betworks.

2 Eligibility

To register and use betworks, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betworks operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity).
• You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory restriction or legal prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gaming or betting activities.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from betworks or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be accessing betworks from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

betworks reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held on the account pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access betworks services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. betworks reserves the right to reject any registration without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Policy

betworks strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. You may not hold more than one active betworks account at any time. This restriction applies per individual, household address, shared device and IP address. Discovery of multiple accounts results in immediate suspension of all duplicate accounts and may result in forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across all associated accounts.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

betworks is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents accepted by betworks include:

• Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC) – front and back
• Valid Pakistani Passport
• Pakistani Driving Licence (accompanied by CNIC)

Proof of payment method may also be requested, particularly where large withdrawals are involved. betworks aims to complete verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betworks login credentials. betworks will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact betworks support immediately at support@betworks.im. betworks cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

betworks accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for all methods. betworks does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. betworks does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited from unverified third-party sources are subject to return and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at betworks are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. betworks aims to process all standard withdrawals within 5 to 10 minutes of a verified request, 24 hours a day.

betworks may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and not an indication of any fault on the player's account. Cooperation with these requests is a condition of continued use of betworks.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

betworks will not process a withdrawal where:

• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed and a withdrawal request would forfeit the bonus
• Account identity verification has not been completed

• The withdrawal request is below the minimum threshold of Rs 500

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds credited to a betworks account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All betworks bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Standard betworks bonus expiry is 14 days from credit date unless otherwise stated on the individual promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

betworks reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has abused the promotion system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing bets that hedge bonuses across accounts, using bonus funds exclusively on games excluded from wagering contribution, and systematically exploiting promotional terms. betworks' decision in all bonus abuse matters is final.

5.5 Promotional Changes

betworks reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions already accepted by a player prior to any change will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance. betworks will communicate any significant changes to ongoing promotions via the website and, where possible, by direct account notification.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All betworks casino games, virtual sports and random number generator (RNG) outcomes are determined by independently certified and audited RNG systems. betworks has no ability to influence game outcomes beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) rates. betworks' RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories.

6.2 Esports and Virtual Sports Betting

All betworks esports and virtual sports bets are final once confirmed by the system. betworks reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds, market display or system malfunction is identified prior to or after settlement. In the case of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's betworks balance.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session at betworks, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined by the result recorded on the betworks server at the time of the malfunction. If no valid result is recorded, the bet is voided and the stake is returned. betworks is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions to the player's internet connection.

6.4 Ludo Games

betworks Ludo games are played in real-money rooms against other registered players. All Ludo game outcomes are determined by fair dice simulation with a certified RNG. betworks Ludo tournament results are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of proven technical error. Prize funds are credited to winning accounts within two hours of tournament conclusion.

7 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

betworks is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with betworks games or the betting platform
• Colluding with other betworks players to gain an unfair advantage in tournament play
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch or error for financial gain – any winnings arising from exploited errors will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract proprietary information from the betworks platform
• Creating or using a betworks account with false or stolen identity information
• Using betworks for any form of money laundering, fraud or illegal financial activity
• Threatening, harassing or abusing betworks staff or other players via any communication channel

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the betworks platform, including software, game designs, graphics, logos, text, data and the betworks brand name, is the exclusive intellectual property of betworks or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access betworks for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any betworks content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of betworks intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

betworks collects, stores and processes player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at betworks, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betworks uses player data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring and, where consented, marketing communications. betworks does not sell or share player data with unauthorised third parties. 10 Responsible Gaming

betworks is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a comprehensive set of tools to help all players manage their activity. Available responsible gaming features at betworks include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly and monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be lowered immediately and increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of betworks.
• Reality Checks: Configure periodic notifications reminding you of time spent and money wagered in the current betworks session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from betworks for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed immediately.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by betworks

betworks reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where it has reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false identity information, or poses a risk to betworks or other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation, betworks will notify the player within 72 hours of the reason for suspension where it is legally permissible to do so.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting betworks support. Any real-money balance remaining in your betworks account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity and payment verification procedures are completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements apply.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

A betworks account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. betworks will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormant account fee. Fees applicable to dormant accounts are set at Rs 200 per calendar month from the date of dormancy classification. Fees are deducted from the remaining betworks balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

12 Limitation of Liability

betworks provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betworks limits its total liability to a player for any claim arising from use of the platform to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

betworks is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own decision to gamble, including losses that exceed a player's intended budget
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers or platform maintenance
• Losses attributable to a player failing to maintain adequate account security
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any nature arising from use of betworks

Nothing in these Terms limits betworks' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Amendments to These Terms

betworks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betworks will provide notice to all registered players via email and/or on-site notification with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of betworks after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your betworks account before the effective date. The current version of the betworks Terms is always available on this page with the date of last update clearly displayed.
