2.1 Data We Do Not Collect

betworks does not collect full payment card numbers, CVV codes or any other sensitive payment authentication data directly. All card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways that handle sensitive payment data outside of the betworks environment. betworks only receives a transaction reference and confirmation status.

betworks does not collect biometric data, racial or ethnic origin data, religious beliefs, political opinions, health data or any other special category personal data as defined by international data protection standards, unless specifically required for regulatory compliance in exceptional circumstances.

There is no charge for any standard data rights request at betworks. If a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, betworks reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with an explanation provided in writing.

betworks sends promotional communications including bonus offers, new game announcements and tournament invitations to players who have opted in to receive marketing. Your consent to marketing is collected during registration and can be updated at any time from within your betworks account settings.

betworks communicates via SMS, email and in-platform notifications. Each marketing channel has its own independent opt-in setting so you can, for example, receive email promotions while opting out of SMS messages. Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of others.
