Registration

Fill in your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your email address and your date of birth. Then choose a unique username and a strong password. Yes, completely free. Creating a betworks account costs nothing at all. There are no registration fees, no monthly subscription charges and no account maintenance costs. Your first deposit is entirely optional at the point of registration – betworks simply requires a minimum of Rs 500 to qualify for the welcome bonus.

Account & Security

For security reasons, betworks cannot process contact detail changes through the self-service account settings – they require identity verification by a support agent. You will be asked to confirm your CNIC details and answer security questions before the change is processed.

Temporary locks are triggered automatically after five consecutive incorrect password attempts. The lock releases automatically after 15 minutes. If your account has been locked for any other reason, contact betworks support immediately via live chat. Bring your registered mobile number and CNIC details. You can permanently close your betworks account by contacting betworks support via live chat or emailing support@betworks.im. betworks uses SMS OTP two-factor authentication (2FA). After entering your password on the betworks login page, a 6-digit one-time code is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number via SMS.
